It was that good. It was like a whole bunch of your favorite, plotlessly violent movies put together and MADE BETTER. Shoot 'Em Up? Better than. Planet Terror? It gets pretty damn close. And then I saw Iron Man, in English this time. The sex.
And then I nearly DIE ON THE ROAD because some ASSHOLE in an 18-wheeler decided that he couldn't wait for that green light. Were it just me, I'd be pissed because he could have made me wreck my car. But I had every single one of my siblings in the car with me. And I swear to God if something had happened, I would have taken that man apart.
And then I watched Stigmata. I adore Patricia Arquette. She is hardcore. But pair her up with my favorite theme of the pervasive instinct of humans to think for themselves in the face of organized religion? Mmmmmm.
Yeah, the month of June has been good for my hundred movie challenge. Like I really need an excuse to watch a hundred movies in a bloody year.
