I just got an invite from my grandmother to come to a mini family reunion in New Orleans on Feb 13-16, and I can't go!
I haven't been to anything Mardi Gras-like since the St. Andrews parade we stumbled onto one year when I was in elementary school!
But I have a lot of class on the 16th.
CURSE YOU RESPONSIBILITY. YOU PREVENT ME FROM GETTING MY DRINK ON THE STREETS OF THE FRENCH QUARTER. DAMN YOOOOOU.
