Memory Lane...
Oct. 2nd, 2007 09:39 pmI'm remebering when I snuck out with the group to see Brokeback Mountain. I was 16, I think...
Anyway, we went under the pretense of seeing Casanova, which was at the same theater. Marie had to buy our tickets since she was the only one who was 18, but it didn't matter, they didn't check. This was the Miracle 5, no one cared!
We sat in the back row, about 10 of us, sat on the backs of our seats, threw popcorn and candy at one another, laughed, and bounced, and squeed.
I got home on a sugar hi, and my mom was like, "So how was the movie?"
I was like, "Uh... it had Heath Ledger..."
And my mom said, "I'm not sure how to take that since Brokeback Mountain opened today, too."
And I was like, "... Is that right? Huh. Small world."
^^ I love my mom...
