As several persons pointed out, the bandwidth on my layout images had exceeded. Unfortunately, this was not my bandwidth, but the bandwidth of the layout creator. Stupid, yes, shut up, I know. Had intended to switch, forgot, got lazy, blah blah blah, anyway.
Will be keeping an eye on the layout provider to see if I get another chance to upload the images, but in the meantime, will be on the lookout for a new layout. Brace yourselves.
EDIT: The layout creator's Photobucket will reset on Oct 6, where I will get the images and host them on my own account. So, we will soon be returning to our regularly scheduled layout format.
