Assuming Hell was even existent in the first place (some like to call our life on earth 'hell' but I would have to disagree), It would be a place of nightmares and only serve the food you hate if any at all. So unless you hate/fear slushies I doubt you would see any in 'Hell'

If Hell existed, I'd be ruling it by now. And there would definitely be slushies.

Well, in Dante's Inferno, the ninth circle of hell was icy, not flamey, so slushies could occur as a natural phenomenon...

And I'm pretty sure that while my personal hell may include slushies, it will still be filled with cheerleaders and gerbils.
