Makes me think of...
Someone who's done something wrong who lives life kind of as a drifter, hence the need to stop at truck stops.

You are mostly correct! Awesome!

I'll post the synopsis of the comic idea soon, but the basic gist is drifter exrocists who are also demons, the Second Coming of Christ, the corruption of the Catholic Church, and caffeine.

Actually, if you squint at Supernatural its a similar deal.

Not to diss your responce, its a good one. Its just interesting.

Hmm... My idea has a bit more blood, kick-ass action scenes, questions of morality and free will, and oil changes, but Columbia's finest definately occurs. Although not in truck stops too much. I think they lace that stuff with crystal meth or something.

Actually I tend to speak in riddles, you would have to read more into my response to get more out of what I was actually saying. I don't always give a straight forward answer. I'll hint you in the right direction. The comment is half-sarcastic almost. It's sort the opposite of what the title implies whilst displaying another idea sort of (its not meant to be taken literally which is why one would have to look a bit deeper). It's confusing for most. Ask Raptress for help if you need it.
